The Standard Renovation, Cleveland

A 24 unit multi-family renovation where we added high efficiency mini-splits, in-unit laundry hookups and appliances, and a new entry system for tenants to have keyless entry. The exterior had some extensive damage from aged cladding and window leaks, so all windows were replaced along with some sheathing repair and new siding. The building, while not appearing to be traditionally historic, was located in a special district, requiring the approval of the review board and several iterations of exterior finishes to provide a plan that the review board and owners could agree on.
