Small Ranch Update, Rocky River

Heimat Design & Renovation edited the layout with the owners to fit a new use of the space. The home was going to only be used by the homeowners for a few years until they would resell. But they still needed the space to work for them so we moved the laundry room to make room for more storage with a pantry and mudroom where the old laundry was near the rear entry. We kept the bathrooms simple to balance style with the desire to keep the budget lower for a home they would not be in for long.
