We came in after the homeowner’s original contractor could not do the detail design and finish work that was necessary. We handled the flooring restoration and repair, including matching new hardwood in the kitchen to the rest of the home. Additionally, a second bath was added and we and redesigned and renovated the existing bathroom. Due to plaster failing in some rooms, we fixed several walls that were crumbling. Heimat re-worked the kitchen layout, and after finding two historic doors at an architectural salvage while looking for material for another project, we thought they would be the perfect fit to conceal a gorgeous surprise bar/pantry.
