Bathroom Renovation, Avon

The home builder of this 2011 build neglected to put ice guard on the roof. We met this family at a low point. They were dealing with a massive mold issue caused by improper roofing in a climate with freeze and thaw cycles. After roof replacement and mold remediation, we handled insulation and drywall throughout the house so they could live in their home again. After we took care of that they had us back for something a little more fun with a master bath remodel. They decided on a free standing tub and plenty of glass to make the room feel more open while keeping the space useable with a large hidden shower niche in the half wall and a large double vanity.
